NUTRITIONAL CONTENT & PRODUCT INFO
How long do the jars stay fresh? The parfaits last 7 days from delivery, if kept unopened and properly refrigerated.
How long do the bar bites stay fresh? The bar bites last for 2 weeks if stored in your fridge and 1 month if stored in your freezer.
Do your products need to be refrigerated? Yes, everything should be stored in your fridge upon receipt of delivery.
Are the jars a snack or full meal? The 8 oz jars are equivalent to a full meal and the 4 oz jars are snack sized, similar to a standard yogurt.
What are your products sweetened with? We use pure organic maple syrup and pure organic amber agave. Both are natural sweeteners. We do not use anything artificial. For a full list of ingredients in each product, check out our menu page.
Are your products vegan? Yes, our products are 100% vegan.
Are your products gluten free? All of our coconut based jars are gluten free. The oatmeal we use in our oatmeal based jars is not certified gluten free. Oatmeal is technically a gluten free product but the oatmeal we purchased has not been certified and therefore there may be some cross contamination.
How many calories are in each jar? All of our 4 oz jars are under 300 calories and our 8 oz jars are under 600 calories. Please contact us for full nutritional information.
DELIVERY & ORDERING
Is there a minimum purchase amount required for delivery? Yes, the order minimum is $25.
How long does delivery take? Deliveries are made every week on Monday and Wednesday. If you have a specific time and date you want your jars delivered, simply send us an email after your order with the details.
How are the deliveries made? All our deliveries are made via bike messenger or refrigerated truck, depending on the size of the order. Once you place an order through our website, you will receive a confirmation email with the date and time your delivery has been scheduled for.
What is your delivery zone? Check out our shop page for delivery zone information. We do catering in all 5 borough, New Jersey, Long Island, Westchester & parts of Connecticut.
Do I need to tip my delivery messenger? We pay our messengers a fare wage. There is a delivery fee added on during the checkout process, you are not expected to leave a tip in addition to that fee.
Do you ship your products? We do not currently ship our products.
Do you have a store front? No, we are a completely delivery based operation currently serving the New York City area. We do pop up locations throughout Manhattan occasionally and allow for pick up orders from our commercial kitchen in Midtown East. Do you do special events & catering? Yes, we love catering events! We can even customize labels on the jar for you. Please check out our Corporate Order & Events Page or contact us with additional questions.
How do I place a large order? Contact us with what you're looking to order and we'll get back to you ASAP!
Do you offer a subscription service? We offer a subscription based service where users can receive deliveries every week or every other week or monthly. When you sign up for a subscription, you receive a discount and will never have to worry about scheduling a delivery or paying through the website.
How do the subscription services work? Your card will be charged once a month and include all your orders received for that month on the receipt. You can pause your subscription or change your delivery date at any time. You can also add additional items to your order on occasion. We want to provide a service thats easy and convenient for you.
